Important: To receive automatic speed camera updates, make sure that your device has TomTom application version 10.500 or higher and an active LIVE subscription. You can get the latest TomTom application by connecting to MyDrive.
The locations of speed cameras can change frequently. New cameras can also appear without warning and the locations for other alerts, such as accident blackspots, may also change position. Hence, it is important to ensure that your device has the latest camera and alert locations.
If your LIVE device has the latest TomTom application, you receive all camera updates for fixed and mobile camera locations over the air. You do not need to do anything to receive updates – they are sent to your device automatically.
To check when your device last received a camera update, tap Services and then tap Speed Cameras. Look at the top right of the screen.
