Reset factory settings

Tap this button to choose between a full or partial factory reset.

A full reset deletes all your personal settings and restores the standard factory settings to your TomTom device.

A partial reset deletes your existing personal settings but keeps location information including Favourites, recent destinations, home and work locations, POI categories and POIs.

This is not a software update and will not affect the version of the software application installed on your device.
