About TomTom services

The way your GO connects to TomTom services depends on your navigation device. A GO connects in one of the following ways:

Traffic & Speed Cameras

TomTom services give you real-time information about traffic and speed cameras on your route.

As soon as your device has an internet connection AND the information & privacy is switched on, your device starts receiving traffic information and fixed and mobile speed camera location updates.

To see information about your Traffic and Speed Camera subscriptions, open the Help screen and select About.

To see the status of your Traffic connection, look at the top right of theMain Menu. If your GO is not connected to Traffic, the Traffic symbol has a cross.

MyDrive

MyDrive gives you control of your device by enabling you to do the following:

To switch on automatic syncing using MyDrive, select Settings and then MyDrive. Connect to the internet using one of the three methods available and then log in to your TomTom account. Note: Some TomTom services might not be available in your current location.
