If you pass a safety camera and do not receive a warning you can report it by tapping the Report Camera button. Your report is sent to TomTom and, once validated, shared with all TomTom Safety Cameras subscribers. You can tap the Cancel button within 5 seconds to cancel the reporting of a safety camera.
You can only report speed traps and fixed safety cameras.
By default the report button for speed traps is shown. A reported speed trap stays in the TomTom Safety Cameras app for three hours.
Swiping the screen to the right changes the button to report fixed safety cameras. Fixed safety cameras are stored permanently. The scroll dots show which way you have swiped.
Swiping the screen to the left changes the button back to the report button for speed traps.
