About setting activity goals

Using the TomTom Sports App, you can set daily or weekly activity goals for one goal from each category below:

  1. A metrics goal for steps, calories, distance or active time.
  2. A sports goal, for example, for running 10 miles per week or per month.
  3. A body goal for body fat, muscle or weight.

Your goal settings are stored in the Sports Cloud and synced with a TomTom Sports device that supports activity tracking goals. If you have multiple devices associated with your Sports account, daily tracking goals are setup once for all devices.
