About activity tracking

Daily tracking data is recorded by your TomTom Sports device(s) and can include data recorded on a 24/7 basis (steps, calories, active time, distance, continuous heart rate, body composition).

Here are some of things you can do with the TomTom Sports App to manage your activity tracking data:

Reviewing your activity in the TomTom Sports App

You can see your trends over time by looking at the Trends tab in the TomTom Sports App or on the Sports website. The information is up to date and reflects the last time data was synced from your Sports device.

You can also see your personal bests and progress against your goals on a daily basis.

Tap on a pane, for example Steps, to see more detail such as your progress over time and per activity as well as a graph of your progress over the last week.
