At the pick-up location

At the pick-up location the Taxi Assistant helps you to find your customer. You can see the pick-up location on the map, and if the customer has left a message you see it on the screen.

If you can't find the customer and have tried to contact them using the contact details on the trip details screen, tap the No show button to cancel the trip.

When the drop-off location is already known by TomTom Taxi the route is automatically calculated. When the route has been calculated you can start driving to the drop-off location.

If the drop-off location is not known, tap Go to drop-off to plan a route.
