About connecting TomTom BRIDGE

TomTom BRIDGE connects to the Internet so you can use the installed apps and access TomTom services.

TomTom BRIDGE is connected in one of the following ways:

• With a permanent connection directly from TomTom BRIDGE. The device is always connected - you don't have to do anything.
• With a connection via your smartphone. You must create a Personal Area Network to connect your smartphone to TomTom BRIDGE.

Note: To update the TomTom BRIDGE software, use a WiFi connection.
